RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original, undamaged packaging.

Given the nature of the products (adult packages), for hygienic and health protection reasons, items that show signs of use or are missing their seal or original packaging cannot be returned.

REFUND PROCEDURE Once we receive and inspect your return at our local unit in Corso Umberto I' 145, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
